Expedia Group is parting ways with at least eight vice presidents and senior vice presidents in a major reorganization to reorient its product and technology groups around AI. The internal memo from Chief Product Officer Shilpa Ranganathan and Chief Technology Officer Ramana Thumu cites the rise of AI agents as a new travel interface. The company said the change aligns engineering with brands and includes the departure of SVP Sachin Singh.
