Ex-BioNTech Executives Launch AI-Native Cancer Surveillance Startup Bios Life
Two former BioNTech executives launched Bios Life, an “AI-native” cancer surveillance company. Ryan Richardson became CEO and Zach Taylor COO as the firm opened with $25 million in seed financing and a Tempus strategic alliance. The plan uses a database of more than 7 million de-identified patient records to train predictive models, aiming to address gaps in cancer screening for about 40 million high-risk people in the US.
