Everspin and Teledyne HiRel Semiconductors announced a strategic partnership to speed adoption of Everspin’s PERSYST STT-MRAM for aerospace, defense and other demanding systems. Teledyne HiRel will initially include Everspin’s 256Mb PERSYST in its memory products portfolio for military and aerospace customers, targeting avionics and other long-life platforms that need fast writes, high endurance and power-loss data retention.
