Ericsson says its fintech platform handles about $80B in transactions monthly and reaches 131M people who transacted in the past 90 days. The Swedish network vendor has agreed to pre-integrate FIS capabilities into the Ericsson Fintech Platform, bundling wallet-led services with banking, payments, identity and compliance layers. Ericsson targets telecoms, retailers, healthcare and government buyers.
