Epic Responds to Apple’s Bid to Order App Store Settlement Talks

Epic Games submitted its response to Apple’s request for the court to order the parties to a settlement conference in their App Store lawsuit. Apple also filed proposed US commission terms for out-of-App purchases and moved to narrow the injunction’s reach; the Ninth Circuit rejected that limit. Epic says it will participate in good faith if referral is ordered.
