Enviri said Harsco Rail Europe and Harsco Rail Limited have completed their engineered-to-order work with Deutsche Bahn and Network Rail. Harsco Rail Europe agreed to sell assets and intellectual property for utility track vehicles, then stopped all related activities. Harsco Rail Limited ended its stoneblower rail maintenance vehicle contract and closed associated manufacturing facilities to reduce performance risk, cash outflows, and financial volatility.
