Eni and Vitol signed two memoranda of understanding with the Ghanaian government covering offshore blocks in the Tano Basin. The areas fit Eni’s near-field, infrastructure-led exploration approach to shorten timelines and reduce costs. The move expands Eni’s Ghana portfolio and builds on its long-running offshore presence since 2009, including participation in the OCTP project with Vitol and GNPC.
