Enbridge agreed to buy Salt Creek Midstream’s crude oil gathering business for US$600 million in cash, securing about 500 miles of Delaware Basin infrastructure. The deal includes 100% of Orla y Wink North and a 50% stake in Delaware Crossing, with capacity around 420,000 barrels per day and storage near 350,000 barrels, serving more than 20 producers under long-term contracts. Closing is expected by end-2026.
