E-Mart and Shinsegae approved a new restructuring of their SSG.com e-commerce setup, the first in seven years. The firms bought Olympus First’s 30% stake in SSG.com for 1.2711 trillion won, taking control after prior integration of E-Mart Mall and Shinsegae Mall. SSG.com reported 2.3282 trillion won in assets and 1.0633 trillion won in liabilities, and it previously sold a Gimpo logistics center.
