Elbit restructures U.S. business into Twenty-Six Defense as demand grows

Elbit Systems is reorganizing its U.S. defense activities into a new Fort Worth-based company, Twenty-Six Defense, fully owned by Elbit and not independent from Israeli operations. The change is meant to strengthen service to American customers and partners, boost domestic manufacturing, and advance mission-critical technologies. In July, Elbit also won $370M+ in CBP contracts running through May 2029.
