eBay reported fiscal Q2 2026 revenue up 15% to $3.13 billion and growth in GMV led by newer formats and technology. GMV on eBay Live rose about eightfold year over year, while Depop has nearly 9 million active buyers. Active buyers reached 136 million worldwide, and focus categories drove over 70% of Q2 GMV; results exclude Depop contributions. Executives did not address the proposal during the call.
