EasyJet has launched a recruitment drive to hire more older workers as cabin crew. Since starting a similar effort in 2022, the number of crew over 50 has more than doubled and over-60s have nearly quadrupled. The airline cites research on improved happiness after career changes and says applications open from September across its bases.
