After 7 Brew outbid Dutch Bros in an auction for shuttered Salad and Go locations, Salad and Go filed for Chapter 11 on Aug. 4. The company then brought a deal to transfer real estate and leases of 65 locations to Dutch Bros. Dutch Bros’ initial bid was $105 million for 65 sites, while 7 Brew’s lead bid was $143.18 million for 73 sites.
