Dutch Bros is pursuing a $105 million acquisition of former Salad and Go locations under an Aug. 4 asset purchase agreement. The deal would transfer leases and site-related assets for 51 sites in Arizona and Nevada, plus 14 more leases in Texas and Oklahoma for $50. Salad and Go filed for Chapter 11 on Aug. 4 and the remaining locations closed Aug. 5.
