Duncan Aviation secured Honeywell Aerospace heavy maintenance authorization for the RE100 auxiliary power unit series. Its Lincoln, Nebraska MRO facility can perform heavy repairs and in-house overhauls, supported by trained RE100 technicians and a PLC-monitored, climate-controlled test cell. In-house overhaul work is planned to start in early 2027 with new infrastructure and tooling, reducing the need to ship units out.
