DraftKings signs up to $30M marketing deal with HardScope after co-founder exit
DraftKings agreed to pay HardScope up to $30 million over three years to broker promotional deals for podcast hosts and other creators, with a commission topping 14%. The arrangement followed co-founder Kalish’s mutual departure and built on a June 2025 deal for up to $600,000. Approved by the independent audit committee, it may raise oversight questions and provide short sellers with new material.
