Dollar Tree pledges to remove PFAS from private-label product lines by 2027
Dollar Tree says state PFAS chemical safety laws will change what’s sold in its stores. The retailer’s chemical management policy will restrict forever chemicals in private-label food packaging, children’s products and toys, and formulated cleaning and personal care items. By end-2027, suppliers must declare in writing that PFAS weren’t intentionally added, aligning with existing state limits.
