Dollar General said Rhonda Taylor, executive vice president and general counsel, will retire. CEO Todd Vasos praised her integrity and role in strengthening governance and compliance, building relationships with policymakers, and supporting employees and customers. Taylor will stay through Dec. 6, then advise through at least April 2, 2027. Kelly Collier will become EVP and general counsel effective Dec. 7.
