DLSS 5 is set to launch on September 3 with NBA 2K27, but the official release is limited to RTX 50 buyers and GeForce NOW users first, not RTX 40 or older cards at launch. Nvidia claims RTX 5090 can hit up to 370 FPS at 4K with Ultra, ray tracing, DLSS 5 and Multi Frame Generation in the game, and provides 1440p figures for other RTX 50 models.
