Disney and WEBTOON Entertainment have completed their previously announced strategic deals, including an approximately 2% Disney equity investment in WEBTOON. With the agreements closed, WEBTOON will build and operate a new digital comics platform featuring current runs and decades of Disney portfolio titles such as Marvel and Star Wars, alongside select WEBTOON Original stories.
