Disney $50 Million Antitrust Settlement for Streaming Price Claims
Subscribers of YouTube TV and DirecTV Stream may qualify for payments from a $50 million settlement in an antitrust lawsuit alleging Disney used its streaming size to raise Live Pay Television prices. Eligible purchases span April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2026. Cash payments are pro rata, and claims are due by September 2026. No settlement has been reached for FuboTV plaintiffs.
