Digital Realty has started construction on an additional facility at its Zurich-area campus and was selected to develop new capacity on Singapore’s Jurong Island. Both expansions target dense, AI-ready deployments designed for renewable-powered operation where grid capacity is scarce, supported by strict energy conditions and prior efficiency certifications. Reusing existing infrastructure is expected to enable tenant growth without relocating footprints.
