Deutsche Telekom to Buy Fiber and TV Assets in Poland for €1 Billion
Deutsche Telekom AG agreed to buy a Polish fiber company and a TV provider from Macquarie Asset Management for an enterprise value around €1 billion. The deal will add Fiberhost, serving 1.4 million homes, and Inea, with more than 300,000 customers, to the T-Mobile Polska brand as part of its broadband expansion strategy.
