Deutsche Bank completed its €1.0 billion share buyback program announced on 26 February 2026, repurchasing 35.7 million shares (1.87% of share capital) between 26 February and 21 August 2026 at a volume weighted average price of €28.00. The bank will now follow with a new €500 million buyback program and targets a 60% total payout ratio from 2026, subject to CET1 exceeding 14%.
