Denso Launches Battery Passport Service for EU Battery Regulation Compliance

Denso launched a battery passport service that generates battery passports for individual battery products to support automakers, battery manufacturers and other businesses in complying with the EU Battery Regulation. The data model is based on the Battery Pass-Ready consortium. Denso also plans to expand the service to cover other digital product passports under the Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation.
