Delhivery is reshuffling senior leadership: COO Ajith Pai, a founding member, will step down at close of business on September 15, 2026. Chief business officer Vani Venkatesh is elevated to deputy CEO with immediate effect, continuing revenue oversight and adding marketing and customer experience. Varun Bakshi becomes chief sales officer and Vikas Kapoor chief strategy officer; Sunny Raja is chief procurement officer. Appointments took effect on May 16, with sequential revenue rising to Rs 2,850 crore in Q4 FY26.
