Delhi HC Grants Dabur Interim Relief Against FSSAI '100%' Claim Ban

On Aug 3, FSSAI said Dabur products sold on its website may mislead consumers and barred “100%” labeling on multiple parameters. Dabur approached the Delhi High Court to challenge the directive and won interim relief. The company had already complied by removing the “100%” claims from its product packaging and labels while the case proceeded.
