AlphaGenome Atlas, released by DeepMind, is a precomputed catalogue estimating how each single DNA base substitution may affect gene on/off regulation. Designed to complement Human Genome Project mapping, it links variants to tens of thousands of predictions across gene expression and transcription, and maps over 2,500 DNA motifs.
