DaVita expanded its value-based care agreement with Humana to cover more than 10,000 Medicare Advantage members with chronic kidney disease, extending coordinated support from end-stage to earlier stages. Through DaVita Integrated Kidney Care, the program aims to preserve kidney function, slow progression and reduce hospitalizations, and adds guidance on home dialysis and kidney transplantation if patients reach kidney failure.
