Comstock Holding Companies has transferred management and operational responsibilities for the JW Marriott Reston Station hotel in Virginia from Crescent Hotels & Resorts to Davidson Hospitality Group, effective Oct. 1. The one-year-old property has 248 keys and more than 40,000 sq ft of event space, anchoring a 28-story mixed-use tower with JW Marriott Residences and additional high-rise apartments plus retail and dining.
