3M announced that Dave Gunderson will step down as president of its Automotive Aftermarket Division next month and retire after 38 years at the company. Chad Carney has been appointed as his successor. Gunderson previously led multiple roles and spearheaded 3M’s 2008 acquisition of Meguiar’s before becoming AAD president in 2018.
