Dave & Buster's has purchased the land and its existing Manchester location at 100 Buckland Hills Drive near the Shoppes at Buckland Hills for about $7.57 million, after renting the site for more than a decade. The property was later affected by the mall’s foreclosure, and the surrounding assets changed hands after a 2025 federal court-approved sale.
