Dave & Buster’s CEO Tarun Lal told the board he will retire effective August 3, 2026 to spend more time with his family. Darin Harper, who has served as chief financial officer since June 2024, was appointed to succeed him on the same date. Lal will advise the company through at least the end of fiscal year 2027 to support the transition.
