Darden Restaurants says its latest annual filing covers franchise agreements for Jamaica, with seven of its brands listed, though it did not specify which brand or brands will launch there. The company also reports 2,202 company-operated restaurants in the U.S. as of May 2026. In a shareholder letter, it plans to wind down Bahama Breeze, converting about half of its remaining 28 locations to other brands and permanently closing the rest over 12 to 18 months.
