Danone and Arcor have finalized a dairy joint venture in Argentina, combining Danone’s regional business with supplier Mastellone Hermanos under a jointly controlled structure. Danone and Arcor hold equal ownership and Danone acquires the remaining stake previously held jointly. Logistics subsidiary Logistica La Serenísima will be fully integrated, aiming to strengthen Danone’s commercial position and support innovation.
