Dabur Challenges FSSAI Ban on Food Labels With 100% Claims

Dabur says India’s food regulator FSSAI has favoured rivals by restricting sales of products carrying “100%” claims such as Pure, Natural, Purity Guaranteed and Organic. The Delhi High Court stayed the order until Aug 24, noting Dabur should have been heard. Dabur also disputed inclusion of certain items and said FSSAI’s online posting prompted retailers like Blinkit to disable listings.
