Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Fred Le Fichoux to lead its EMEA hospitality business as Jon Hubbard prepares to retire after more than 40 years. Hubbard will leave at the end of September, with Le Fichoux moving from head of hotel transactions EMEA. Le Fichoux will take over the team he has supported through transaction and valuation advisory work.
