Cranswick has replaced manual end-of-line pigs-in-blankets packing with a fully robotic pick-and-place system delivering 240 picks per minute. The autonox Delta robots are controlled with Rockwell Automation Allen-Bradley hardware and integrated by CWM Automation. Vision identifies each sausage position and the robot picks, realigns, and places it into retail trays.
