Court Rejects Delay Defence in Most Savills Harassment Case

The Federal Court refused to strike out most of a sexual harassment and discrimination claim against Savills, ruling that the company could not rely on long delay when it had known the substance of serious grievances for years. Five oldest allegations were permanently stayed. The court said Savills was on notice since June 2019 and bore responsibility for evidence gaps.
