Costco is set to bring its first Wylie location, including a new warehouse and fuel center, with construction projected to cost more than $42 million. A state filing lists an approximately 165,000-square-foot site at 2002 W. Kirby St., with work starting Oct. 12, 2026 and concluding Aug. 6, 2027. The expansion follows additional Costco growth in North Texas.
