CoreCivic reported 5.9% adjusted EBITDA growth to $109.4M and 5.6% higher adjusted diluted EPS of $0.38. It generated $734M in gross proceeds from selling Prairie Correctional Facility and Midwest Regional Reception Center to Homeland Security, expects continued operation, and won a new ICE contract for the 1,600-bed Prairie Correctional Facility through Aug. 2031. The company also entered a $500M accelerated share repurchase.
