Core Scientific said ERCOT granted conditional base-load status in Texas for about 1 GW across its sites. The Hunt 431 MW site received conditional base-load status after interconnection studies, ERCOT stability-study approval, collateral posting, and construction start, while Denton’s 297 MW was recognized as existing base load and 74 MW awaiting energization was addressed outside Batch Zero. The company also reported Q2 colocation revenue and AMD deals expanding leased power.
