Constellation Oil Services issues US$650m first-lien notes, refinances 2029 debt
Constellation Oil Services Holding issued US$650m of first-lien notes due 2033, with a fixed 7.700% annual coupon paid semiannually. Proceeds plus cash repaid its US$650m 9.375% notes due 2029 and covered transaction costs. The company plans to list the bonds on the Singapore Exchange and operates offshore drilling services in Brazil.
