In fiscal Q1, subscription revenue hit a record $267M (+16% YoY) with SaaS revenue above $100M (+39%) and ARR at $1,054M (+22%). It added Azure-native delivery, reiterated Gartner Leader status, and guided Q2 subscription revenue $264M–$268M with FY non‑GAAP margin around 21%, below 22.8%.
