Citigroup Board Initiates $30 Billion Share Repurchase and Declares Dividend
Citigroup reported that its board began a share repurchase program on May 7 that allows the company to buy back up to $30 billion in shares. The company also declared a quarterly dividend to be paid Aug. 28, with a payout ratio of 28.94%. Korea Investment CORP cut its stake, while other institutional investors adjusted positions.
