USFDA inspected Cipla’s Pithampur facility from August 17 to August 25, 2026, and Cipla disclosed that it received seven Form 483 observations at the inspection’s close. Cipla said it will work closely with the USFDA to comprehensively address all observations within the required timeframe. The follow-up came after prior disclosures in 2023.
