Chubb announced leadership appointments within Westchester’s North America wholesale excess and surplus business. Dave Lupica was named executive chairman, drawing on 26 years with the group. Craig Roberts will take executive operating responsibility for Chubb’s wholesale E&S lines and report to Scott Meyer. Separately, Fields will lead a new Marsh US Semiconductor and AI Compute practice, joining from Aon.
