Chipotle is building a new outlet at Clarion Mall in Monroe Township, Clarion County, scheduled to open before year’s end. The 2,385-square-foot restaurant is on a newly created outparcel, approved by the Clarion County Planning Commission in March and with construction beginning July 22 and targeting September completion. The site is expected to add about 30 local jobs.
