Chief Accountant Leaves Scotiabank T&T; Acting Finance Lead Named

Scotiabank T&T announced that chief accountant and controller Sameer Mohammed will demit the role effective August 31, 2026, to pursue other opportunities outside the bank. An interim transition plan is in place, with Adrian Lezama, assistant general manager, finance, acting as the finance lead until a successor is appointed. The change was disclosed via a Notice of Material Change under Section 64(1)(b) of the Securities Act.
