Charter Communications is offering $1.75 billion of senior secured notes due 2032, paying 6.050% interest and issued at 99.839% of principal. The sale uses an SEC Form S-3 automatic shelf registration and is not conditioned on the Cox transactions. Joint book-running managers include Citigroup, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo, and the company describes its Spectrum broadband service lineup.
